Nel mio giro di oggi sono accompagnato dall'amico Paolo, con già qualche anno sulle spalle ma di una freschezza invidiabile, ottimo sportivo e atleta a 360° nonchè ottimo pedalatore.
La prima parte del giro di oggi è solo di trasferimento fino a Gattinara.
Si parte da Grignasco in direzione del passaggio a livello prendendo poi subito a sx ed iniziando a scendere verso il Sesia costeggiandolo fino ad uscire a Romagnano Sesia nei pressi del campo sportivo. Usciamo sulla statale prendendo a dx e dirigendoci verso Gattinara.
Di fronte al bar/ristorante "Il Principe" prendiamo Via Rossini, Via Cervino, Via Monte Bianco, Via Monviso, Via Sestriere ed infine Vicolo Giavino Monte che ci condurrà lungo lo sterrato "La strada delle Vigne" verso Lozzolo. Arrivati a Lozzolo raggiungiamo il cimitero a fondo paese e, tenendo il cimitero alla nostra sinistra iniziamo a salire fino a raggiungere la bella chiesetta. Qui prendiamo a sx ed iniziamo ad affrontare la prima dura salita di oggi che ci condurrà al rifugio degli Alpini di Lozzolo con le prime belle vedute panoramiche di oggi.
Iniziano ora i sali-scendi duri e su terreno smosso da fare con attenzione ma comunque su larga jeeppabile. Passiamo per Rusca Randa, Cima Sclavai e Pietra Romanasca. Questo è il tratto più bello con le colline gattinaresi che ci sorprenderanno per i loro fantastici panorami. Ora riscendiamo fino a ritrovare la strada percorsa all'andata e ritornare a Grignasco.
Se volete evitare il trasferimento da Grignasco, parcheggiate a Gattinara presso il parcheggio del bar/ristorante "Il Principe" ed iniziate il percorso da lì. Merita.

Once in Lozzolo reach the cemetery at the bottom of the country and, with the cemetery to our left we begin to climb up to the beautiful little church. Here we take a left and start to face the first tough climb of today that will lead us to the hut of the Alpine Lozzolo with the first beautiful views of today.
Begin now up and down on hard and loose soil to be done carefully but still large jeeppabile. Let's move on to Rusca Randa, Top Sclavai and Stone Romanasca. This is the most beautiful stretch with hills Gattinara that will surprise us for their fantastic views. Now go back down to find the road traveled outward and return to Grignasco.
If you want to avoid the transfer from Grignasco, Gattinara parked at the parking lot of the bar / restaurant "Il Principe" and start your journey from there . Deserves.
