Partenza da Caneva (parcheggio galleria). Si sale per la strada asfaltata giungendo a Fusea. Dai Pian di Curiedi si seguono le indicazioni per Fornas. Raggiunta la forcella tra il M.te Duron e il Cuar (Plan) si scende lungo il sentiero (sx). Ad un certo punto si abbandona il sentiero principale per prendere sulla sinistra una traccia poco marcata. Con alcuni saliscenti si arriva presso degli stavoli (loc. Il Roccolo). Proprio davanti agli stavoli inizia una meravigliosa traccia di sentiero che si immerge nel bosco (Bosco Puselli diff. single trail S2). Prima su sentiero poi su strada ci si dirige verso Fusea. In loc. Marcilie si prende una sterrata in salita sulla sinistra verso il M.te Spin. Dalla cima si prosegue in discesa lungo un single track inizialmente molto ripido che digrada nel bosco (diff. single trail S2). Raggiunta la strada per pista ciclabile si rientra al punto di partenza.

Departure from Caneva (parking gallery). You climb the paved road reaching Fusea. From Pian di Curiedi follow the signs for Fornas. When you reach the fork in the Mt Duron and Cuar (Plan) and go down the path (left). At some point you leave the main path and turn left onto a track slightly marked. With some saliscenti you arrive at the stavoli (loc. The Roccolo). Just before the start stavoli a wonderful track trail that plunges into the forest (Forest Puselli diff. Single trail S2). First on the trail then you are on the road towards Fusea. Loc. Marcilie you take a dirt road uphill to the left towards Mt Spin. From the top you go downhill along a single track initially very steep slopes in the woods (diff. single trail S2). Reaching the road for bike path we return to the starting point.
