Die Tour beginnt am Traunsteiner Schwimmbad (die bei der Aufzeichnung dargestellten Wege in Traunstein bitte ich unbeachtet zu lassen). An der rechten Traunseite flußaufwärts zwischen "Blaue Wand Straße" und Fluß verläuft ein schmaler Radweg bis Siegsdorf und endet an einem schmalen Steg über die Rote Traun bis zum Parkplatz des Schwimmbades Siegsdorf. Dort links neben der Parkplatzabfahrt durch die Traunbrücke (Rote Traun) und weiter Richtung geradeaus unter der Autobahnbrücke hindurch dann links und zwischen Polizeistation und Autobahnmeisterei hindurch auf den linken Rad- und Wanderweg vor der Straße bergauf. Am Spielplatz angekommen auf die Asphaltstraße nach links abwärts und nach ca. 300 m links in den Buchenwald hinein und immer am Salinenweg bleiben bis "Hammer". Nach dem Kurpark links bergauf und neben der B 306 auf dem Radweg bis zur Einmündung nach "Farnbichl" und auf dieser Straße dann nach "Holzen" und "Hutterer" am Sportferiendorf vorbei am Ortsteil "Teisenberg" vorbei bis zur Straße nach "Adlgaß". Dort angekommen nimmt man nach dem Wanderer-Parkplatz den Weg der rechts aufwärts führt und nach kurzem Stück die linke Fahrspur bis hinauf zum Frillensee. Eine Umrundung des Sees ist obligatorisch um alle Ansichten zu sehen. Die Abfahrt kann vielfältig sein, entweder auf der Anfahrtsroute oder am westlichen Seeufer geradeaus abwärts über das Wegekreuz hinweg und über die Rodelbahn bis zum Gasthof Adlgass und dort wieder auf die Straße auf der man gekommen ist. Nach "Eck" biegt man von der Anfahrtsroute in Richtung "Schwarzenberg" ab um auf die andere Seite der Alpenstraße und nach "Gschwall" zu gelangen. Durch Gschwall hindurch geht es hinunter auf die Straße die von Hammer nach Fantenberg führt. Dieser Straße folgt man rechts bis man in "Hammer" wieder auf die Anfahrtsroute gelangt und dieser bis "Heutau" folgt. Nun fährt man ab der Neukirchner Straße nicht links, sondern geradeaus und unter der Autobahn hindurch nach "Vitzthum" und "Wernleiten", wo man wiederum die Anfahrtsstrecke erreicht und auf dieser wieder nach Traunstein fährt.

The tour starts at Traunstein pool (the ways in Traunstein shown in recording please let me unnoticed). On the right side up the river Traun between " Blue Wall Street " and flux passes a narrow bike path to victory village and ends at a narrow bridge over the Red River Traun to the parking lot of the swimming pool victory village. There, to the left of the parking lot exit through the Traun Bridge (Red Traun) and continue straight ahead direction under the motorway bridge and then left between the police station and highway maintenance through on the left hiking and biking trail before the road uphill. Arriving at the playground on the asphalt road to the left and down after about 300 m turn left into the Buchenwald and always stay up Salinenweg " Hammer & quot ;. After the Kurpark left uphill and in addition to the B 306 on the bike path to the confluence to " Farnbichl " Lumber ", and on this road then to " and " Hutterer " the sports village past the hamlet " Teisenberg " by quot up the road to &; Adlgaß & quot ;.
