Der "Zinnkopf" ist der bewaldete Hausberg der Siegsdorfer. Zahlreiche sehr gut ausgebaute Forststraßen sind ein Eldorado/Trainingsplatz (ohne Schwierigkeiten) für Mountainbiker. Der lange Bergrücken zieht sich bis nach Ruhpolding hin, wo der Zinnkopf dann auch "Sulzberg" heißt. Die Tour beginnt und endet am oberen/hinteren Parkplatz des Einkaufszentrums "Kaufland" in Traunstein. Am Sailerkeller vorbei geht es zur Fußgängerampel über die Wasserburger Straße und dann hinab zum Montana-Stadion und zur Traun. Flussaufwärts fährt man nach dem Viadukt auf dem Traundamm rund um Traunstein, immer am linken Traunufer bleibend. Auf Höhe der Bogenbrücke die zum Schwimmbad hinüber führt bleibt man geradeaus auf dem Weg der in den Wald mündet. Es geht immer an der Traun entlang bis zum Siegsdorfer Schwimmbad und dort gleich links über die Brücke und geradeaus auf dem kleinen Weg neben der Abfahrt zum Parkplatz unter der Straßenbrücke (am Ufer der Roten Traun) hindurch. Nun folgt man bergauf und an der Bundesstraße entlang unter der Autobahnbrücke hindurch, danach gleich wieder links und zwischen der Polizeistation und Autobahnmeisterei hindurch. Gleich danach auf den vor der Straße links aufwärts führenden Rad/Wanderweg. Beim Spielplatz angekommen biegt man auf die Asphaltstraße ein und folgt dieser nach links für etwa 300 m. Dann biegt man links in den Wald ein und bleibt auf dem sogenannten Salinenweg, eine sehr schöne Strecke die zum Teil hoch über der Roten Traun verläuft und dann eine Asphaltstraße mit Radweg überquert und weiter im Wald verläuft bis man am Ende dieses Weges "Heutau" (Gebäude Alpenlandreisen und Drahtzäunefirma) erreicht. Dort gibt es ein Gasthaus mit Biergarten (siehe Foto). Nun fährt man auf der Asphaltstraße weiter bis zum Abzweig Richtung "Riedl/Frauenstätt", links über die Brücke und bei dem Sägewerk gleich wieder rechts und am Kanal entlang Richtung "Inzell/Hammer". Teilweise ist diese eben verlaufende Strecke sogar asphaltiert und zweimal muss man eine kleine Furt durchfahren bis man am "Kurpark" von Hammer eine kleine Rast einlegen kann. Dort gibt es neben Ruhebänken, einen Trinkwasserbrunnen und eine kleine aber feine Kneippanlage. Es geht geradeaus weiter unter der Bundesstraße hindurch an den Häusern vorbei bis zu einem Lagerplatz von Rohren, Gerüstteilen etc. und weiter bis zum Abzweig links Richtung "Fantenberg" und "Inzell". An der Roten Traun entlang führt diese Straße bis "Wien". Den nach links abzweigenden Weg nach "Inzell" läßt man unbeachtet und bleibt auf der Asphaltstraße bergauf bis "Wald". Hier hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den langgezogenen Rücken des Teisenberges, den Hochstaufen und Zwiesel und Inzell. In "Wald" folgt man der Abzweigung rechts auf der "Kalorienpromenade" bis "Gschwendt" und befindet sich damit auch auf dem "Chiemgauweg" und "Mozartradweg" der Richtung Reit im Winkl weiterverläuft. Unmittelbar vor der "Kesselalm" fährt man rechts auf die Asphaltstraße an schönen Häusern vorbei nach "Ramsen" bis zu den Häusern, wo man gut auf den Froschsee hinunter sieht (kleine Kapelle, siehe Foto). Hier in "Oberhausen" geht es rechts durch die Häuser hindurch nach "Ruhpolding / Infang" zuletzt steil ansteigend. Bei einem neuen Stadl kann man ausruhen bevor die Abfahrt beginnt. Nun folgt eine steile Linkskurve abwärts doch dann verlüft der Weg weniger steil immer am Windbach entlang, an der Windbachdiensthütte vorbei und hinaus zum Ortsteil "Infang". An der Straßenmündung in "Gnaig" angekommen fährt man rechts am Golfplatzgelände vorbei nach "Zell" und vor der St. Valentinkirche rechts durch die Häuser und dann auf die Straße rechts bis zur Traunbrücke (links). Nicht auf die Brücke, sondern geradeaus weiter am Kanal und Gh "Alte Säge" vorbei geht es nach Vordermiesenbach. Ab dem Berg gibt es einen neuen, breiten Radweg bis zum Ende des Berges. Nun fährt man auf der Straße bis Vordermiesenbach bis zum letzten Haus und zweigt links ab. Beim danach, letzten Haus mit der Aufschrift "Bichler" erreicht man freies Wiesengelände mit Blicken zurück auf Rausch- und Unternberg. Nun geht es sehr steil im Wald abwärts, die rechte Fahrspur ist moderat und kann gut befahren werden. Im unteren Teil ist Vorsicht geboten auf einer Holzbrücke, könnte nass und rutschig sein. Dann geht es wieder aufwärts über dem Traunufer entlang bis "Hörgering" und dort links nach Eisenärzt hinunter. Im Ort rechts, nach 50 m links über die Holzbrücke mit Dach (zum Forellenhof) und gleich nach der Brücke rechts bleibend, dann nach 200 m links über die Eisenbahnlinie und gleich wieder rechts neben dem Bahngleis immer am Traunufer bleibend nach Höpfling. Man bleibt immer links von der Traun und fährt auf schöner Strecke bis Siegsdorf. Beim Kreisel angekommen fährt man Richtung Traunstein und biegt nach ca. 100 m in die "Haunertinger Straße" ein. Dieser folgt man geradeaus, unter der Autobahn und durch das Sportgelände hindurch bis Traundorf. An der Steigung lohnt sich ein Blick zurück zum Zinnkopf (siehe Foto1). In Gastag fährt man weiter bis Traundorf und bleibt oben, fährt am Abzweig links und dann gleich wieder rechts (schöner Gartenteich) Richtung "Lohhäusl" und dort über die Bahnlinie zum Anfahrtsweg. Nun folgt man der Anfahrtsroute bis zur Bogenbrücke und fährt links den schmalen Pfad neben der Treppe an der Bahnlinie hinauf. Im Wochinger Park bleibt man links an der Bahnlinie und folgt dieser neben dem Bahngleis bis in den Bahnhof hinein. Durch die Bahnunterführung kommt man wieder zum Parkplatz zurück.

The " Zinnkopf " is the wooded mountain of Siegsdorfer. Numerous well-developed forest roads are an Eldorado / training ground (without difficulty) for mountain bikers. The long ridge carries over to Ruhpolding, where the Zinnkopf then " quot Sulzberg &; means. The tour begins and ends at the top / rear parking lot of the shopping center " Kaufland " in Traunstein. On Sailer Keller over it goes to the pedestrian lights on the water Straße and then down to the Montana Stadium and Traun. Upriver you go to the viaduct on the Traun dam around Traunstein, always on the left Traunufer binding. At the height of the arch bridge that leads to the swimming pool over to stay straight on the road which leads into the forest. It always goes to the Traun river to Siegsdorfer swimming pool and there just to the left passing over the bridge and straight on the small path next to the exit to the parking lot under the road bridge (on the banks of the Red River Traun). Now follow uphill and on the main road along under the motorway bridge and then immediately left and between the police station and highway maintenance through. Immediately afterwards on the left leading up from the street bike / walking trail. When you turn a playground arrived on the asphalt road and follow it to the left for about 300 m. Now follow the approach route to the arch bridge and turn left up the narrow path next to the stairs on the railway line. In Wochinger Park remains one left on the railway line and follow it next to the railway track to the station inside. Through the underpass to get back to the parking lot.
