Die Tour startet in Spital am Semmering und führt über den Kaltenbachgraben zum Karl Lechner Haus. Kurz nach dem Lechnerhaus entweder die Schiebepassage über den Wald rechts hinauf oder als Alternative gerade aus weiter leicht bergab zum Pfaffensattel (Fahrverbot). Anschliessend weiter auf der Mautstrasse zum Stuhleck. Von dort weiter über schöne Almen und Wiesentrails in leichtem auf und ab zum Rossegerhaus. Von dort geht es bergab auf einer Forststrasse Richtung Ganzalm. Kurz vor der Ganzalm zweigt rechts leicht ansteigend ein Forstweg Richtung Stuhleck ab. Über schöne Forststrassen mit einem etwas längeren letzten Gegenanstieg geht es zurück zur Friedrichshütte. Ab dort bergab zurück zum Startpunkt. Schöne Rundtour mit vielen Einkehrmöglichkeiten.

The tour starts in Spital am Semmering and leads over the Kaltenbachgraben to Karl Lechner house. Shortly after the house Lechner either the sliding passage through the forest up to the right or alternatively straight on downhill to Pfaffensattel (no traffic). Then continue on the toll road to Stuhleck. From there on beautiful pastures and meadow trails in easy up and down to Rossegerhaus. From there it goes downhill along a forest road in the direction Ganzalm. Shortly before the Ganzalm turn right slightly uphill direction Stuhleck from a forest. About beautiful forest roads with a slightly longer final ascent it goes back to Friedrich hut. From there downhill back to the start point. Beautiful round trip with plenty of stops.
