This tour starts at the dam of Mula river in the natural park of Sintra mountain range. A long climb will take you close to Peninha palace and than a fast descendent with a magnificient overview of the sea and beaches ends at Azoia. From there you will cycle on the plain of Saloia region to Colares and back to Sintra mountain range. A long and steep climb will take you to Convento dos Capuchos and another fast descendent to the road of the Blue Lagoon (Lagoa Azul) and back to the starting point. The natural views are magnificient and there are many nice villages in the valley and great manor houses to appreciate.
