Trail Description

Departure and arrival from Torricella in large part on the trails very beaten (downhill) and known to many bikers. A different way to climb to Mount Tamaro, dedicated to those who do not like to spend the cable car and find a bit boring the long dirt road that goes to Rivera. Following the track cycling (very good!) Uphill on the path 1260 meters of Alpe Torricella at about 1800 meters on the south ridge of Tamaro, which is rather rare in the Central Alps, and something that gives me a lot of satisfaction!

Once Alpe Canigiolo be careful not to follow the trail downhill, otherwise continue to push for good times, then climb to Alpe arrived following the trail to the left (usually yellow with black dwarf.) < br>
The track provides the portage from the end of part pedaled up to the modest summit (altitude 1962) that always gives a great view. If we exclude these 15 min portage goes for a few meters only (and it is a way of saying that goes a little) it must be said, however, that requires a working leg: the bottom is often a little soft and it absorbs power.

My purpose here is to suggest a rising alternative to the usual (imho the most beautiful). In any case, the track offers a beautiful descent. Initially the east ridge, little path to a little over the 1850s, and then take in the classic circuit of Tamaro, taking the uphill Alpe Canigiolo then abandon it to Low, the usual descent dal'alpe Pol and final Arosio Torricella on the beautiful path proposed by Marco in this itinerary:
I found in very good condition, clean and with perfect background. It must be said that from Arosio's no pedal a little bit slightly uphill before taking it.
Alternatively, remaining on the same side also recommend these tracks to make combinations or variations.

Note 1: work in progress on the trails of bryony, are redoing the path from the low of Indemini the summit, at the moment it seems to widen a lot, and it seemed "staked" even the trail from the summit to the east (towards the hut tamaro) < br>
Note2: You can park a little higher than the top of the track, just follow for about 2 km along the track in the same car and you find some free parking, I left the car in an unpaved believed to have arrived in Torricella but in reality I was still in Bedano.
