Passeio circular, a partir da Barragem do Rio da Mula e a circular a Peninha. Subida quase até à Peninha, mas passando primeiro pela Pedra Amarela. Mesmo debaixo da Peninha virámos em direcçao à Malveira por uma descida vertiginosa . Depois o trajecto habitual pelo Guincho, Abano e subida novamente à Peninha para depois passarmos ao Monge e descermos para a Mula

After the usual path to Guincho, Abano and rise again to Peninha and then move to the Monk and go down to the Mula
