Diesem folgen (steile Trailrampen können umfahren werden) Am Waldrand auf roten Querstrich. Diesem folgen bis Margaretenhof. Um das Gehöft herum und links auf Trail (Rotes X) Stets dem X auf schönen langen Trails folgen. Dann auf Schotter bis Bischborner Hof. Hier über die B 26 und links auf Fahrradweg Richtung Rothenbuch. Immer links halten Schotterpiste wird zum Trail dem man runter bis zum Niklaskreuz an der B 26 folgt Rechts hoch auf Trail und dann Abfahrt nach Rothenbuch. Durch den Ort. Am Ortsende rechts Rcihtung Waldaschaff und gleich wieder links auf Radweg immer dem Bach folgen bis ins Hafenlohrtal. Dort rechts auf Teer bis zur alten Steinmühle. Links ab und ab Parkplatz immer rotes Dreieck folgen. Es geht bergauf. Oben links cirka 3 km bis ein Wegweiser Richtung Neubau erscheint. Diesem folgen - wird bald zum Trail. Wildgatter übersteigen. Trail folgen bis Neubau. Dann wieder durch Wildgatter geradeaus. Kurze Auffahrt. Dann kurz bergab und gleich links auf Trail bis zur Karlshöhe. Dort rechts halten wieder in den Wald und nach 200 m links auf Trail. Dem immer bergab folgen bis zur Alten Wagenmühle. Dann auf Schotter links vor ins Hafenlohrtal. Nach Windheim. Dort im Ort links steil bergauf Richtung Bergrothenfels. Dort durch die Burg links berab. Auf der linken Seite zweigt nach ca. 200 m links das blaue M ab. Diesem stets bis Neustadt folgen.
