Vom Parkplatz aus in Richtung Hopfgarten und dann rechts auf die Brixental-Strasse. Vor dem Kraftwerk rechts auf die ruhige Asphaltstrasse immer an der Windauer Ache entlang. Vorbei am Lendwirt in Richtung Rettenbach. In Rettenbach links abbiegen in Richtung Westendorf. Nach ca. 500m rechts auf den Asphaltweg abbiegen und dann nach ca. 200m links bergauf auf den Schotterweg. Danach ueber Oberwindau in Richtung Brechhornhaus (vorbei am Schrandlhof). Auf dem Schotterweg in Serpentinen immer bergauf Richtung Fleidingalm (hier Einkehrmoeglichkeit). Danach geht es auf dem Schotterweg weiter Richtung Brechhornhaus. Rechts um das Brechhornhaus vorbei kommt nach wenigen Hundert Metern der Kreuzjoechelsee (als Highlight der Tour) auf ca. 1700m. Um den See herum und dann nach leichter Steigung geht es dann auf dem Schotterweg immer Richtung Brixen. Von Brixen aus auf Asphalt immer Richtung Westendorf und dann Richtung Lendwirt. Vom Lendwirt aus geht es dann auf dem Anfahrtsweg zurueck nach Hopfgarten.

From the parking lot in the direction of Hopfgarten and then right onto the Brixental Street. Before the power plant right on the quiet asphalt road always at the Windauer Ache. Passing the Lendwirt towards Rettenbachferner. In Rettenbachferner turn left heading west village. After about 500m turn right onto the asphalt and then after about 200m turn left uphill on the dirt road. Then by Oberwindau towards Brechhornhaus (passing Schrandlhof). On the dirt road switchbacks uphill direction Fleidingalm (here Refreshments possibility). Then it goes on the dirt road towards Brechhornhaus. Right around the Brechhornhaus passes after a few hundred meters of Kreuzjoechelsee (as a highlight of the tour) to about 1700m. Around the lake and then after a slight slope, it then goes to the gravel always towards Brixen. From Brixen on asphalt always towards the west village and then Lendwirt direction. From Lendwirt out then go to the How to get back to Hopfgarten.
