Mittel lange Runde aus dem unteren Vinschgau rauf nach Aschbach durch den Wald des Nörderbergs; mit zwei Uphill-Trails. Kurz hinter Plaus geht’s knackig los: Die Hauptarbeit dieser Tour liegt in den nicht minder steilen 700 Asphalt-Höhenmetern. Ab dem Feichter folgen wir dem Wanderweg, der anfangs in Serpentinen durch den Wald hinauf zieht. Da wird selbst der Profi immer mal wieder aus dem Sattel müssen. Zwischendrin kommt eine Passage mit Absturzgefahr, da sollte man vernünftiger Weide ein Stück schieben. Einkehr im Aschbacher Hof? An der Bergstation der Seilbahn vorbei rollen wir mehr oder weniger waagrecht hinüber zum Rasener Kreuz. Dazwischen ist ein nur kurzer Trail, der die beiden Forstwegenden verbindet. Ab dem Marterl rauschen wir über eine von den Lkws aus dem Steinbruch übel zugerichtete Straße und an Quadrat vorbei hinunter zur Töll. Von hier aus radeln wir gemütlich über den Vinschger Radweg zurück. Means long round from the lower Vinschgau up to Aschbach through the forest of Nörderberg; with two uphill trails. From Feichter we follow the trail that runs initially up switchbacks through the forest. As the professional will even need from time to time out of the saddle.
