Die Tour startet in Nastätten und zunächst nach Holzhausen. Danach gehts das Hasenbachtal runter bis zum Kloster Arnstein. Im Hasenbach gibts einige Stellen wo man sich durch Brennesselwälder, Brombeerhaine und Distelfelder schlagen muss. Im Spätherbst, Winter und frühen Frühjahr ist das weniger problematisch ;-) Auf dem Lahnradweg gehts dann nach Nassau und von da übers Mühlbachtal bis zur Rauschenmühle und von dort übern Radweg zurück nach Nastätten.

The tour starts in Nastaetten and first to Holzhausen. Then the Hasenbachtal go down to the monastery Arnstein. In Hasenbach some places there where you have to beat by nettle forests, Brombeerhaine and safflower fields. In late autumn, winter and early spring that is less problematic;-) On the Lahn bike path, we go to Nassau, and thence over the Mühlbachtal to noise mill and from there übern bike path back to Nastaetten.
