Die Tour hat schöne Trails und Forstwegen. Der Straßenanteil ist so gering wie möglich gewählt. Sie führt durch den Hassler Fortst und anschließend parallel zur A46 nach Haan. Dort geht es über Gruiten und das Neandertal zurück. Fahrtechnische ist die Tour gut zu fahren. Es gibt nur ein paar kurze knackige Anstiege.
