Start ist bei der Klinik Bad Trissl. Relativ Gemütlich auf Teerstraße bis Buchau (3,5km) dann auf Forststraße mit nur wenigen steilen Stellen bis Tatzelwurm (am Ende kurz bergab). 500m auf der Straße und dann Rechts bei einem kleinen Parkplatz auf Forststraße Richtung Hohe Asten. Ungefähr 300 Höhenmeter bergauf und dann 200 runter zum Bichlersee (Schöner Platz für ein mitgenommenes Mittagessen) oder eine Viertelstunde weiterradeln bis zum Gasthof Bichlersee. Teerstraße (derzeit eine einzige Baustelle) bis zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.

Start is at the clinic bathroom Trissl. Relatively Comfortable on tar road to Buchau (3.5km) then on forest road with only a few steep places to millipede (at the end of short downhill). 500m down the street and then right at a small parking lot on forest road towards High buttons. Approximately 300 meters uphill and then down to 200 Bichlersee (Nice place for a lunch entrained) or quarter hour cycle further to Gasthof Bichlersee. Tar road (currently a construction site) back to the starting point.
