Gestartet bin ich diese Runde von einem Parkplatz vor Mittenwald. Zuerst ging es den Isarradweg entlang bis Scharnitz. Dort hoch ins Karwendeltal und immer dem Bach entlang. An der Larcher Alm vorbei und zum Schluß die ca. 300 - 400 HM zum Karwendelhaus hoch. Über den Hochalmsattel runter in den kleinen Ahornboden und durchs Johannestal nach Hinterriß. Von dort durch den Stiftswald bis zur Vereiner Alm. Durch Seinsgraben und Seinsbachklamm zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Angegebene Zeit ist reine Fahrzeit ohne Pausen. Zur eigenen Tourplanung meine Fahrtzeit großzügig erhöhen.
