Start ist die kath. Kirche Hagen Vorhalle. Auf Schleichwegen, Vossacker-Schule,AmTempel,in die Ruhraue.Hier geht es direkt an der Ruhr einen alten Traidelpfad entlang.In Wetter am Bahnhof vorbei und durch das Schnodderbachtal bergauf.Wir kreuzen mehrmals die ExRuhrbike Marathonstrecke. Um noch ein paar HM zu bekommen schrauben wir uns weiter rauf bis zum Höhenweg. Dann geht es bis zum Gut Schede auf Trail-Pfaden bergab. Hinter dem Gut biegen wir wieder ins Schnodderbachtal ab und fahrenbis zur Schutzhütte bergan. Dort geht es am Berghang einen schrägen Pfad Richtung Herdecke Nacken, bis man auf eine Lichtung kommt.Von dort hat man einen phantastischen Fernblick ins Ruhrtal. Von diesem Punkt geht es über den Nacken runter zum Herdecker Bach, zwischen den beiden Aral Tankstellen wieder steil hinauf zum Jollenstein. Oben vorbei am Pumpspeicherbecken des RWE und rein in die Steilhänge des Naturschutzgebietes "Ardeygebirge". Am Aussichts-Felsen kann man nicht nur die Fernsicht geniessen, sondern auch bei Sonnenwetter dem Treiben der Eidechsen zuschauen. Der Weg führt weiter bergan bis man im Dorf Syburg ankommt. Dort geht es kurz vor dem Parkplatz der Spielbank talwärts bis zum Ruhrufer unterhalb der Hohensyburg. Am linken Ufer bis zum Restaurant "Lennemündung" Sofort danch links steil bergan und auf einem schmalen Weg den Campingplatz umrunden bis man nach ein paar HM dasDorf Syburg wieder erreicht hat.Am Road Stop Restaurant nehmen wir den linken Waldweg bergab und surfen darauf am Berghang entlang bis zum Mäuseturm. Wo wir zurück zur Hengsteyseebrücke fahren und folgen dem Seeweg bis Herdecke Ruhrbrücke. Diese überqueren wir und biegen sofort danch Richtung Klärwerk ab.Nach einigen Kursänderungen im Kaisbergwald geht es um den Kaisberg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

To get a few HM we screw us further up to the mountain trail. Then it's up to the Good Schede on trail paths downhill. Behind the Good we again turn into Schnodderbachtal and fahrenbis the refuge uphill. There it is on the mountainside a sloping path towards Herdecke neck, until you reach a clearing kommt.Von there you have a fantastic panoramic view to the Ruhr Valley. From this point it's all about the neck down to the Herdecker stream, between the two Aral petrol stations again steeply up to the dinghy stone. Up past the pump storage reservoir of RWE and purely quot in the steep slopes of the nature reserve &; Ardeygebirge & quot ;. On the lookout rock you can not only enjoy the distant view, but also in sunny weather to watch the bustle of lizards. The trail continues uphill until you arrive in the village Syburg. Here it comes just before the parking lot of the casino down the valley to the Ruhr shore below the Hohensyburgstraße.
