Los geht es in Frickhofen am Bahnhof, vorbei an den Aussiedlerhöfen runter zur Lochmühle und gleich wieder die den Berg hinauf nach Oberzeuzheim. Weiter bergauf über das Haidehäuschen und auf der Rückseite wieder hinunter. Wir folgen dem Radweg weiter in Richtung Heckholzhausen, biegen aber vor Heckholzhausen scharf links ab und kommen so zur Schlagmühle. Von hier geht es erst mal wieder bergauf über den Pilzberg. Wir überqueren die L3109 und folgen dem Weg weiter nach Reichenborn. Von hier weiter über den Elisabethenhof nach Probbach zum Waldsee. Nach kurzer Rast, weiter, natürlich bergauf, zum Heiligenhäuschen. Das war aber noch nicht das Ende der Berge. Weiter geht es über schöne Wald- und Wiesenwege zum Forsthaus und in einer großen Schleife zurück nach Winkels. Hier wird jetzt die berüchtigte Auffahrt zur Maienburg in Angriff genommen. Durchdrehende Hinterräder, aufsteigende Vorderräder oder einfach der Mangel an Luft verhindert, dass alle die steile Auffahrt fehlerfrei schafften werden . Oben angekommen und bei einer kurzen Pause erst einmal nach Luft geschnauft. Weiter geht’s nach Mengerskirchen und dort auf den Knotenrundweg in Richtung Fussingen. Nach Fussingen runtergerauscht und die kurze, aber steile Auffahrt zum Ellarer Sportplatz hinauf. Wir fahren ein Stück die K481 entlang und biegen ander Kläranlage links ab. Den scdhönen Singletrail hinunter nach Dorchheim und weiter bergab bis nach Heuchelheim. Hier wieder den Berg hinauf bis zu den Aussiedlerhöfen und links ab zurück nach Frickhofen.

It starts in Frickhofen at the station, past the emigrants yards down to the hole mill and again up the mountain to the Oberzeuzheim. Continue uphill on the heath cottage and back down again. We follow the cycle path towards Heckholzhausen, but turn sharp left Heckholzhausen from and arrive to the hammer mill. From here it is only once again uphill over the mushroom mountain. We cross the L3109 and follow the path further to Reichenborn. From here continue on the Elisabethenhof after Probbach to Waldsee. After a short break, continue, of course, uphill, to the holy house. But that was not the end of the mountains. Continue through beautiful forest and meadow paths to the forester's house and in a large loop back angle. Here now the infamous driveway is taken Maienburg in attack. By rotating the rear wheels, front wheels ascending or simply the lack of air prevents all be managed the steep driveway errors. Once at the top once and wheezed for breath after a brief pause. Goes on & rsquo s after Menger churches and there on the trail in the direction of node Fussingen. After Fussingen rushed down and the short but steep climb to Ellarer sports ground up. We run a little along the K481 and turn the other WWTP left. The scdhönen single trail down to Dorchheim and continue downhill to Heuchelheim. Here again up the hill to the emigrants yards and left back to Frickhofen.
