It starts in Bingerbrück with the ascent to the Prince head. Even up in the forest briefly against the one-way street and then by single trail to the Holy Cross. From there over the Damianskopf again by Swiss Trail towards the house and then a short, crisp rise to Morgenbachtal. This one piece down the left over the bridge to Gerhardshof. Immediately after this twice left it goes to over forest roads and off to Siebenburg view. Then turn left, direction Franzosenkopf. This route leads up here on the plateau just past it, who wants to follow the signs about 400m there and back. Now it's back down to the vicinity of Hunter House. From there to the forest output by the weekend Waldalgesheim area and then just long, evenly uphill to Lauschhütte. However, this way was to tour (July 2009) passable by heavy gravel. The last 2-3 km run through the forest road to the cabin. Directly behind the Lauschhütte left and the signs Oberheimbach following violent downhill. Through Upper and Lower Heimbach directly to the Rhine cycle path back towards Bingen. At the park on Mäuseturm cross over the ramp / pedestrian bridge to Bingen Hauptbahnhof. Even you stand back at the starting point. Refreshments: Holy Cross, Gerhardshof, Lauschhütte and in Niederheimbach views: Prince head, Damianskopf, Siebenburg look, with a short detour and head of the salt and of course the World Heritage Middle Rhine
