Anfangs über Radwege und Wirtschaftswegen. Ab Viervitz wird die Strecke anspruchsvoller und je nach Witterung die Wegbeschaffenheit von sandig bis schlammig. Ab Nistelitz bis Schmacht auf Schotter/ Waldwegen bis nach Binz..Der folgende Trail an der Steilküste entlang ist technisch anspruchsvoll und durch Schiebepassagen gekennzeichnet sowie konditionell fordernd! wer diesen wunderschönen Weg meiden will, bleibt ab dem Abzweig Teufelsschlucht auf dem ausgewiesenen Radweg nach sellin. der Hochuferweg zum Südstrand ist nicht weniger anspruchsvoll aber kurz. Bis auf die genannten Hochuferwege ist die Strecke auch für Trekkingräder geeignet. Auf dem Hinweg kann man die Strecke durch Sellin abkürzen und ab Baabe Bollwerk die Ruderfähre nutzen.
