Tour vom Ferienort Monte Nai an der Costa Rei zum Monte Minniminni, südlich von Castiadas mit Trailabfahrt durch die Steineichenwälder des Foresta de Minniminni. Die Anfahrt ist identisch mit Track Nr. 38818 Der Track beginnt in Monte Nai, führt südlich aus dem Ort und hält sich an die verhältnismäßig verkehrsarme Straße entlang der Costa Rei. Beim „WP1 Abzweig“ kann man mit einem Abstecher durch die Küstenmacchia auf einem Staubweg einen Teil der stärker befahrenen Teerstraße meiden. Auf der Zufahrt zur Cala Pira erreicht man wieder die Straße und folgt ihr bis zur Kreuzung mit der Straße nach Castiadas. Dieser folgt man nun. Beim „WP2 Abzweig“ kann man diese Straße verlassen und am Rande der angrenzenden Berge über unbefestigte Straßen nach Castiadas fahren. Wer Höhenmeter sparen will oder es eilig hat, bleibt auf der Hauptstraße (Track bei Rückkehr). Nachdem man einen kleinen Anstieg überwunden hat, passiert man auf der schnurgeraden Straße hinab nach Castiadas das spätere Ende des Trails. In Castiadas hält man sich links und fährt auf einer Schotterstraße zum Pass „Arcu Gutturu Frascu“. Hier führt der Weg weiter auf dem links einmündenden Schotterweg zum Pass/Sattel „Arcu Su Linnamini“. Auf dem Weg rechts hinauf lohnt der Weg zum Gipfel des Monte Minniminni, der schon von weitem an seinen Antennen zu erkennen ist. Hier hat man einen schönen Rundblick über die Costa Rei und Villasimius, das kultivierte Land um Castiadas sowie auf die Gipfel der Sette dei Fratelli. Vom Gipfel des Monte Minniminni geht es dann zurück zum „Arcu Su Linnamini“, wo der Abfahrtstrail beginnt. Der Trail ist teilweise ausgewaschen und mit lockerem Geröll bedeckt. Es empfiehlt sich auch eine lange Hose, denn die Busche und Sträucher der Steineichenwälder wachsen sehr nahe am Weg, sind mit Dornen übersäht und können empfindlich kratzen. Der Trail führt über etwa 450 hm und ca. 4,3 km durch Steineichenwälder, die im unteren Teil mit Korkeichen durchsetzt sind. Am Ende des Trails kann man an der Straße nach rechts dem Anfahrtstrack folgen, oder man biegt links ab, fährt auf der schon bekannten Straße nach Castiadas und von da über die Straße stetig abwärts zur Küste und dort zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Karten in vernünftigen Maßstab sind für die Gegend nur schwer zu bekommen. Einzige Karte die ich gefunden habe: „Villasimius e la costa sud-est“ im Internetshop von Peter Höh (siehe Link).
