In Sedrun bei der Touristeninfo hat es Parkplätze, von dort zuerst auf der Hauptstrasse bis Zarcuns dort auf einen Wirtschaftsweg, in Rueras wieder kurz auf die Hauptstrasse dann nach der Brücke rechts Richtung Milez, bis Milez alles geteert. In Milez auf der Wirschaftsstrasse nach Cuolm Val, vorbei an der Alphütte. Oben Angekommen sieht man die ganze Surselva hinunter, wunderschöne Aussicht. Danach gehts auf dem Singletrail ins Val Val runter, dann weiter bis Scharinas und dann Richtung Bahnhof Tschamutt, bei dee 2 Spitzkehre gehts wieder ein Stück hoch dann biegt man in den Singletrail Richtung Planatsch ein. Am Ende dieses Singletrails scharf rechts gleich in den Nächsten. Auf der Hauptstrasse fahren wir dann ca.900 Meter bis vor Tschamutt wo in den nächsten Singletrack eingebogen wird. Weiter bis nach Selva wo wie den noch jungen Rhein queren, danach fährt man weiter bis Plaun Miez und im Wald Richtung Tgom wo man dann in den letzten Singletrail einbiegt auf dem man Surrein erreicht, von dort auf geteerter Strasse zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. In Sedrun at the tourist info it has parking, then after the bridge turn right towards Milez until Milez paved from there first on the main road to Zarcuns there on a farm track, in Rueras again briefly on the main road everything. In Milez on the Wirschaftsstrasse after Cuolm Val, past a mountain chalet. Arrived at the top you can see down the entire Surselva, beautiful view. Then you go on the single trail to Val Val down, then up Scharinas and then towards the station Tschamutt in dee 2 hairpin am back a bit high then turn in the direction Planatsch a single trail. At the end of this singletrack sharp right in the same neighbor. On the main road we drive about 900 meters until Tschamutt where inflected in the next singletrack. Next up to Selva where as the young Rhine crossing, then continue until Plaun Kitty and the forest towards Tgom where you then turn into the last singletrack on the one achieved Surrein, from there on paved road back to the starting point.
