Die Tour beginnt beim Prüfeninger Schloss. Sie führt über die Eisenbahnbrücke und die Marienhöhe auf den ersten Singletrail durch den Wald Richtung Grafenried. Bei Nittendorf über die Autobahn und etwas auf der Strasse um dann wieder auf Pfaden zu biken. Richtiger Genusstrail auf dem Schwarzholzsteig nach Eichhofen, aber Vorsicht: auf Wanderer und andere Naturgeniesser trifft man dort häufig. Unterhalb der Burg Loch auf den Wanderweg Richtung Schönhofen, die Tour führt oberhalb der Alpinen Steige, ohne Rad kann man dort die tolle Aussicht geniessen. Weiter nach Eilsbrunn zum Sportplatz und danach unter der BAB hindurch auf der tollen Abfahrt zurück zur Marienhöhe und zum Schloß Prüfening. Fazit: eine Genusstour für den Feierabend oder als Teil einer größeren Runde

The tour begins at Prüfening castle. It leads over the railway bridge and the Marie height on the first single trail through the forest toward Graf Ried.
