Wir starten in Weitefeld und fahren in Richtung Elkenroth.Bei der Sparkasse rechts abbiegen und weiter durch das Neubaugebiet vorbei an den Wochenendhäuser und über den Steimel nach Elkenroth. Dann gehts weiter nach Alsdorf runter und durch Betzdorf durch bis zur Freusburger Mühle,dort kurz die Landesstraße überqueren und auf der linken Seite(Bürgersteig)bis Ortseingang Freusburg fahren.Nun kommt der erste Anstieg mit teilweise 20% Steigung.Wir fahren an der Burg vorbei immer weiter bis der Wald beginnt.Über zum teil enge Pfade fahren wir an der toten Buche vorbei bis nach Niederfischbach.Am Edeka gehts dann über eine kleine Brücke.Hier wartet nun der zweite Anstieg der nicht ganz so heftig ist wie der in Freusburg.Auf der Höhe fahren wir dann immer der Raute(Siegerländer Höhenweg)nach vorbei an einer wunderschönen Landschaft bis Friesenhagen.In Friesenhagen gehts dann über die Straße bis zum Schloß Krottorf,das man besichtigen kann,was sich aber nicht lohnt,da man nur in den Innenhof reinkommt und nicht in die Gebäude.Eintritt 2Euro pro Person.Zurück fahren wir dann wieder auf die Staße,allerdings nur ca.50m,dann fahren wir links (auch wieder der Raute nach)über einen schönen Trail und machen noch einen kleinen Abstecher hoch zur Kreuzkapelle.Von dort aus gehts dann wieder über den Siegerländer Höhenring zurück bis nach Friesenhagen.Dort den Fahradweg-Schilder folgen in Richtung Freudenberg.Über den Fahradweg gehts dann durchs Asdorf Tal wieder zurück bis nach Alsdorf.Dort wartet dann nochmal ein Anstieg wo man sich das Weizen auf der Steinerother Alm verdient.Von dort fahren wir dann wieder durch den Wald zurück nach Weitefeld.

We start in a length field and head towards Elkenroth.Bei the savings bank turn right and continue through the development area past the Cottages and the Steimel by Elke Roth. Then we headed on down to Alsdorf and by Betz village by Freusburger to the mill, there just cross the main road and on the left side (sidewalk) to the entrance Freusburg fahren.Nun is the first increase with partially 20% Steigung.Wir drive past the castle continues until the forest beginnt.Über partly narrow paths we travel to the dead beech past until after Niederfischbach.Am Edeka, we go over a small Brücke.Hier now waiting for the second rise is not quite as severe as in the Freusburg.Auf the amount we drive then always the hash (Siegerländer Trail) after passing a beautiful landscape to Friesenhagen.In Friesenhagen then go across the street to the castle Krottorf, which you can visit, but not worth it as you only in the courtyard comes in and not in the Gebäude.Eintritt 2Euro per Person.Zurück we'll go back to the Staße, but only about 50m, then we drive & nbsp; left (again according to the hash) on a beautiful trail and still make a little trip up to the Kreuzkapelle.Von there, then go back on the winning countries Höhenring until after Friesenhagen.Dort the cycle lane signs follow in direction Freudenberg.Über the cycling track , we go through the valley Asdorf back up after Alsdorf.Dort then waits again a rise where you are & nbsp; the wheat on the stones Rother Alm verdient.Von there we head back through the forest back to Weitefeld. & Nbsp;
