Der Start liegt am Parkplatz Hohemark. Danach erst mal ein Stück runter zur Kreisstraße, dann langsam den Hang hinauf in Richtung Hühnerbergwiesen. Von dort zum Victoriapfad, den es ein Stück bergauf geht. Am steilsten Stück dann rechts ab, damit die Herzfrequenz wieder runter kommt, gemütlich weiter, zwischendurch leider ein kurzes Stück durch Falkenstein, damit es nicht ganz so steil zum Fuchstanz geht. Von dort auf der Forstautobahn zum Sandplacken, dann zum Limes und zum Marmorstein, den es hinabgeht. Achtung: zwei Stufen unterhalb des Marmostein. Anschließend zurück in Richtung Hohemark wieder alles gemütlich. Konditionell keine echte Herausforderung, eher eine Abwechslung zwischen knackigen Anstiegen und gleichmäßigen Passagen. Aber umschauen schadet nicht, ein paar schöne Ecken sind dabei. Talwärts am Marmorstein kurzer Adrenalinstoß.

The start is at the car park Hohe Mark. Then take a first piece down to the county road, then slowly up the slope towards chickens mountain meadows. From there to the Victoria path that it goes a bit uphill. At the steepest part then right, so that the heart rate comes back down, homely further, in between, unfortunately, a short piece by Falkenstein, so it's not quite so steep is the fox dance. From there on the forest highway for Sandplacken, then the Limes and the marble stone that it goes down. Attention: two steps below the Marmostein. Then back towards the Hohe Mark all cozy again. Conditionally no real challenge, more of an alternation of steep ascents and even passages. But look around does not hurt some nice spots are. Downhill on marble stone short adrenaline rush.
