Vom Parkplatz in GLOBASNITZ/GLOBASNICA führt eine asphaltierte Straße leicht ansteigend bis zum südlichen Ortsrand von Podrain. Von dort führt eine Schotterstraße bergauf durch den Hochwald entlang des Globasnitzer Baches und dann stark ansteigend bis hinauf auf den Luscha-Sattel. Dort biegen wir nach links ab und verlassen beim alpinen Grenzübergang Luscha-Sattel österreichisches Staatsgebiet. Der Weg führt uns - begleitet vom herrlichen Panorama der Steiner Alpen hinab bis zum Gehöft Sumel. Dort folgen wir der Straße nach rechts in Richtung Logartal. Die stetig ansteigende Höhenstraße führt uns auf den Paulitsch-Sattel, auf welchem wir wieder nach Österreich zurückgelangen. In rasanter Fahrt geht es über die neu errichtete Straße hinab ins Vellachtal. An der Einmündung in die Seeberg-Bundesstraße fahren wir rechts bis nach BAD EISENKAPPEL. Wir durchqueren den Ort über den Hauptplatz. Im Norden von Bad Eisenkappel beginnt der asphaltierte Radweg, der uns am Ufer der Vellach entlang weiter bis nach Miklauzhof/SITTERSDORF führt. Dort verlassen wir den Radweg und fahren über Nebenstraßen durch den Ort Sielach nach Tihoja und weiter nach Kristendorf. Auf einem Feldweg am Fuße des Hemmaberges gelangen wir nach Jaunstein/Podjuna. Von dort fahren wir über eine asphaltierte Nebenstraße zurück zum Ausgangspunkt Globasnitz/Globasnica.

From the car park in Globasnitz / Globasnica An asphalt road leads gently uphill to the southern outskirts of Podrain. From there, a gravel road leads uphill through the high forest along the creek Globasnitzer and then strongly increasing to up to Luscha saddle. There we turn left and leave the alpine border crossing Luscha saddle Austrian territory. The path leads us - accompanied by the beautiful panorama of the Steiner Alps down to the homestead Sumel. Here we follow the road to the right towards Logar Valley. The ever-increasing road takes us to the Paulitsch-saddle, on which we will return to Austria. In fast-paced ride it goes down on the newly constructed road to Vellachtal. At the confluence with the Seeberg federal road we go right till BATH IRON KAPPEL. We pass through the village on the main square. In the north of Bad Eisenkappel the paved bike path that takes us on the banks of the Vellach along until after Miklauzhof / SITTERDORF begins. There we leave the bike path and ride on back roads through the village Sielach after Tihoja and on to Kristen village. On a dirt road at the foot of the mountain Hemma we get to Jaunstein / Podjuna. From there we drive on a paved side road back to the starting point Globasnitz / Globasnica.
