Start Bahnhof Jena Zwätzen. Weiter Richtung Osten über die Saale bis Kunitz. Auf der K4 bis Laasan, dann nach Süden den Berg hoch auf den Jenzig. An der Hangkante nach westen bis zum Jenzighaus. Hier gute Rastmöglichkeit und herrliche Aussicht. Zurück nach Osten bis zum Hufeisen und dann über den Hufeisen und Großer Gleisberg bis zur Ruine Gleisberg. Ab Ruine Gleisberg auf schönen Trail über den Schlossberg bis nach Golmsdorf. Ab hier auf dem Saaleradweg bis Dornburg Bahnhof.

Starting station Jena Zwätzen. Further to the east across the Saale to Kunitz. On the K4 to Laasan, then south up the hill on the Jenzig. At the edge of the slope to the west up to the Jenzighaus. Here good stopover on the way and beautiful views. Back east to the Horseshoe and then over the Horseshoe and Big Gleissberg to ruin Gleissberg. From Ruin Gleissberg on beautiful trail on the Schlossberg until after Golmsdorf. From here on the Saale Cycle Path to Dorn's train station.
