Min.Höhe : 423 m Max.Höhe : 651 m Aufstiegsmeter : 637 m Asphalt : <5 km Waldwege : 20 km Wirtschaftwege : 37 km Wir starten wieder direkt vor der Haustür der Ferienhäuser in Kronenburg und fahren zunächst in den Baasemer Wald am Simmler Hof vorbei. Nach dem wir die Landstraße L110 überquert haben, fahren wir wir entlang des "Pützbachs" an Unterdalmerscheid und Wolfert vorbei bis zum Örtchen Kradenhövel. Hier kommt der erste heftige Anstieg. Er ist mit ca. 46 hm nicht sehr hoch, aber dafür um so steiler. Es geht weiter durch Winten und an der Wildenburg vorbei bis nach Manscheid wo der nächste Antsieg wartet. Ab hier folgen wir ca. 10km der "Burgen Route", die auch als solche markiert ist. Sie schlängelt sich über Trails über Reifferscheid bis nach Büschem. In Büschem biegen wir von der "Burgen Route" ab um über Dickerscheid ins Tal des "Prehter Bachsl" zu fahren. !!! ACHTUNG !!! Hier ist ein Downhill den ungeübte Fahrer unbedingt schieben sollten !!! ACHTUNG !!! Dem "Prehter Bach" und dem "Schwalenbach" folgen wir jetzt mit einer gemütlichen Steigung von ca. 2-2.5% ca. 7km. Am Ende des "Schwalenbachs" kommen wir zw. Rescheid und Neuhaus wieder auf der "L110" raus von wo es nach Hause geht.
