Die Tour startet ganz in der Nähe des Schloss Sayn von dort geht es oberhalb von Bendorf entlang des Rheinsteig Richtung Wüstenhof. Hier kann man den herlichen Blick auf das Rheintal geniesen, bevor es einen kurzen Singletrail nach Vallendar hinunter geht. In Vallendar fährt man in Richtung Kloster Schönstatt und dann in den Wald. Der Weg schlängelt sich oberhalb des Feisternachbachtal entlang bis hinauf nach Höhr-Grenzhausen. Wir umfahren die Ortschaft rechtsherum. Wer die Tour noch ausweiten möchte kann oberhalb des Sportplatzes den Weg in Richtung Köppel einschlagen. Die Tour führt weiter am Brexbach entlang unter der Autobahn 48 hindurch und dann runter Richtung Grenzau. In Grenzau geht es den Schloßberg rauf und denn sehr entspannt teils über die Straße nach Nauort. Hinter Nauort fahren wir links in Richtung Brexbachtal und können dann die Abfahrt oberhalb des Brexbaches bis hinunter nach Sayn geniesen.

The tour starts very near the Schloss Sayn from there it goes above Bendorf along the Rhine rise direction Wüstenhof. Here you can enjoy the herlichen overlooking the Rhine Valley before heading a short singletrack to Vallendar down. In Vallendar head towards Schoenstatt convent and then into the woods. The path winds its way above the Feisternachbachtal along the way up to Höhr-Grenzhausen. We drive around right around the resort. If you want to extend the tour can still pursue the path towards Koeppel above the sports ground. The tour continues along the Brexbach under the highway 48 and then down towards BTA. In BTA, it goes up the Schlossberg and because very relaxed partly on the road to Nauort. Behind Nauort we turn left towards Brexbachtal and & nbsp; then the exit above the Brexbaches genius down to Sayn.
