Die Tour eignet sich, wenn man nach Feierabend noch schnell mal ein paar Höhenmeter "machen" will. Meines Wissens die kürzeste Strecke von Voithenberghütte zum Cerchov. Von Voithenberghütte geht es auf einem Waldweg zum Skilift. Den Skihang kreuzend zum Grenzübergang Brombeerriegel. In der Tschechei dann weiter auf einem Waldweg bis zur Sattelhütte und auf geteertem Waldweg bis zur "Waldhütte unter Brunnhäusel". Ab hier wieder Waldweg / Trail bis kurz vor dem Gipfel, wo man auf einen "Plattenweg" stösst. Auf dem gleichen Weg wieder zurück.
