Über die Rheinbrücke gehts nach Vallendar, dann links ab und am Kloster Schönstadt vorbei. Von hier aus gehts links in den Wald Richtung Bembermühle. An der Bembermühle vorbei dann am Römerturm bei Höhr-Grenzhausen am Limes vorbei nach Grenzau. Dann den Weg hoch zur Burg und Richtung Bendorf durchs Brexbachtal, wie ich finde der schönste Abschnitt der Strecke. An der Abtei Sayn verlässt man den Wald und es geht über Asphalt zurück nach Koblenz.

Over the Rhine bridge go to Vallendar, then turn left and at the monastery Schönstadt over. From here, go left into the forest towards Bembermühle. At the Bembermühle by then the Roman Tower at Höhr-border Hausen am Limes over after BTA. Then the way up to the castle and direction Bendorf through Brexbachtal, & nbsp; I think the most beautiful section of the track. At the Abbey of Sayn you leave the forest and it's all about asphalt back to Koblenz.
