Die Tour beginnt im Perlacher Forst an der Kreuzung Oberbibergerstraße / Perlach Geräumt in Richtung Süden. Bald nach der Unterführung und dem Kiosk Nussbaumranch geht es rechts ab auf Feldwegen Richtung Sauschütt und Isartal. Nach der zweiten Straßenüberquerung weiter nach SW und schließlich an einer Pferdekoppel vorbei. Nun geht es runter ins Isartal. Achtung, wegen des starken Gefälle und des zahlreichen Gegenverkehrs (Radler und Fußgänger) ist die Abfahrt verboten. Im Mühltal angekommen fahren wir wieder auf Asphalt immer auf der rechten Seite des Isarkanals bis zum Ickinger Wehr. Bei warmen Temperaturen kann man sich hier im Eisweiher erfrischen. Nun gehts zwischen Isar und Kanal wieder nach Norden bis zum Restaurant Bruckenfischer (N47 58.343 E11 28.599). Ab nach Kloster Schäftlarn und die Serpentinenstrecke hinauf nach Schäftlarn. Kurz vor dem Ortsschild geht es wieder nach rechts in die Auen. Jetzt folgt eine längere teils steile Abfahrt auf Schotterwegen. Immer an der Isar entlang unter der Grünwalder Brücke hindurch und weiter bis zur Großhesseloher Brücke. Unter den Gleisen überqueren wir die Isar und verlassen sie. Der Holzkirchner Str. folgen wir bis zur Geiselgasteigstr., hier nach links und an der Ampel hinüber zum Wendeplatz der Tram. Dort tauchen wir wieder in den Perlacher Forst ein und folgen den Schienen. Die zweite Abzweigeung nach links nehmen wir und landen somit wieder auf der Perlach geräumt. Nach einigen hundert Metern sind wir wieder am Ausgangspunkt der Tour gelandet.

The tour starts in Perlacher forest at the intersection Oberbibergerstraße / Perlachturm Vacated in the south. Soon after the underpass and the kiosk Walnut Ranch, turn right on dirt roads towards Sauschutt and Isar valley. After the second road crossing further to the southwest, and finally to a paddock pass. Now it comes down to the Isar valley. Note, due to the strong gradient and the numerous oncoming traffic (cyclists and pedestrians) is prohibited departure. In Muehltal arrived we always go back to asphalt on the right side of the Isar canal to the Icking weir. In warm weather you can dip in the ice pond here. Now go between the Isar and channel north again to the restaurant Bruck Fischer (N47 58 343 E11 28 599). Take Schäftlarn and the serpentine line up after Schaeftlarn. Just before the sign, it goes back to the right in the floodplain. Now follows a longer partly steep descent on gravel roads. Always along the Isar under the Grünwalder bridge and on to the Großhesseloher bridge. Among the tracks we cross the Isar and leave. The Holzkirchner Str., We follow up to Geiselgasteigstr., Here to the left and at the traffic lights over to the turnaround of the tram. There we dive back into the Perlacher forest and follow the rails. The second Abzweigeung left we take and thus end up back on the Perlachturm cleared. After a few hundred meters we arrived back at the starting point of the tour.
