Zuerst gehts den Murradweg entlang Richtung Süden, dann bei der Puntigamer Brücke nach Westen nach Straßgang. Dort über Straße & recht steilen Weg zur Florianikirche. Kurze Abfahrt, dann auf und ab nach Norden, Umrundung des Bockkogels (schöne Aussicht), weiter nach Norden bis Johann & Paul. Dann ein kurzes Stück Hauptstraße bis zur Auffahrt zum Plabutsch (hauptsächlich Straße, nur zwei optionale Abscheinder über Waldwege). Abwechslungsreiche Abfahrt Richtung Gösting, dann über den Hauptbahnhof zurück ins Zentrum.

First, go to Murradweg along the south, then at the Puntigamer bridge west to Straßgang. There via road & amp; fairly steep path to Florianikirche. Short downhill, then up and down to the north, circling the block Kogel (beautiful view), continue north to Johann & amp; Paul. Then a short piece of Main Street to the driveway to Plabutsch (mainly road, only two optional Abscheinder forest trails). Varied descent direction Gösting, then the central station back to the center.
