Ich habe versucht meinen Heimatort nur auf grünen Wegen und Singeltrails zu umfahren. Leider ist es mir nicht ganz geglückt, denn der Speckrand um Hamburg ist sehr dicht bewohnt. Gestartet bin ich an der Schule in Lutzhorn. Dort kann man prima parken und die Autobahn ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Alles in allem führt die Tour auf Straßen und Singletrails um Barmstedt vorbei. Fehlen durften die bekannte "Ralley-Strecke und "Todesstrecke" nicht. Die Strecken sind seit Jahrzehnten bei Jugendlichen bekannt und werden nur durch eigene Benutzung gepflegt. Mittlerweile würde man zu den Arealen "bike-park" sagen. Wenn man diese Crossstrecken umfährt und auch den Reiterweg am Anfang kann man die Tour auch mit einen strassentauglichen Fahrrad schaffen.
