Meine Trainingsrunde vor der Haustür. Von Oberbauer aus geht es durch den Wald runter zur L699, dann über Asphalt hoch nach Rüggeberg und wieder über Forstwege runter zur Ennepetalsperre. Über die L699 hoch nach Breckerfeld und zurück zum Start.

My practice round on the doorstep. From Oberbauerschaft it goes through the forest down to the L699, then asphalt high to Rüggeberg and again on forest roads down to Ennepetalsperre. About the L699 high to Brechin and back to the start.
