Die Tour beginnt am Sportplatz in Bendorf-Sayn und geht von dort aus in einer knackigen Steigung auf den Rheinsteig. Weiter oberhalb von Heimbach-Weis am Limes entlang auf den Spuren der Römer, kommt man nach ca. 6,2 km an die Wallfahrtskapelle Hausenborn die zur kurzen Besinnung einläd bevor es den Trail nach Isenburg hinunter geht. Auf der anderen Seite des Sayntales geht es dann hinauf Richtung Stromberg, unterhalb von Stromberg macht unser Weg dann etliche Windungen durch die Wälder bis zur rasanten Schlussabfahrt über fast 2.0 km Länge. Die Tour endet an der Sayner Hütte von der aus es nur wenige Meter bis zum Sportplatz sind.

The tour begins at the sports ground in Bendorf-Sayn and goes from there in a crisp slope of the Rhine riser. Upstream of Heimbach-Weis at Limes along in the footsteps of the Romans, one comes after about 6.2 km & nbsp; at the chapel house Born inviting you to brief reflection before heading down to the Trail Isenburg. On the other side of the Sayntales it goes up towards Stromberg, Stromberg below our way then makes several turns through the woods to the rapid final descent on almost 2.0 km in length. The tour ends at the Sayner hut from which there are only a few meters from the sports field.
