Eine schnelle Strecke zum Auspowern, fast alles auf Radwegen, nur wenige Ampeln. Strecke führt am Königsforst vorbei und durch mit dem Highlight Vorbeifahrt am Schloss Bensberg. Lange flache Teilstücke, längerer Anstieg über 6km nach Forsbach, Berg-und Talfahrt nach Bensberg , steiler Anstieg zum Schloss und dann lange Abfahrt nach Refrath zuück.

A fast track to experience your body, almost everything on bike paths, only a few traffic lights. Route leads past the king Forestry and with the highlight of passing on Bensberg Castle. Long flat cuts, longer rise above 6km to Forsbach, ascent and descent to Bensberg, steep climb to the castle and then long descent to Refrath zuück.
