Ausgangspunkt (581m) der ersten Tour ist oberhalb Las Manchas. Auf der Strasse LP-117 bergan, rechts weg bei Casas de Tacande, auf Schotter weiter hoch, vorbei an Las Plantas (1027m) und oberhalb rechts weg auf den Wanderweg 103 (1125m). Diesen folgen und über den Wanderweg 14.1 auf den Wanderweg 106 wechseln. An dessen Ende die Serpentinen hoch zum Hoyo de la Sima fahren. Hier den Weg Richtung Süden folgen, der über ein Lavafeld verläuft und immer wieder herrliche Aussichten auf die Westküste bietet. Den Weg immer weiter folgen, bis dieser zur Südspitze runter führt und auf den Wanderweg 130 / 131 trifft. Wir sind dann runter nach Los Canarios gefahren, um in der dortigen Bar den Einkehrschwung zu üben. Von Los Canarios wieder hoch, am Sportplatz vorbei und abbiegen auf den Wanderweg 130. Diesem folgen, bis er in Las Montanetas auf die Strasse einmündet. Jetzt alles auf Teer runter bis nach Puerto Naos.

Starting point (581m) of the first tour is above Las Mancha. Uphill on the road LP-117, right away at Casas de Tacande, on gravel further up, past Las Plantas (1027m) and above right away on the trail 103 (1125m). This follow and go on the trail 14.1 on the trail 106. At the end of the serpentine drive up to the Hoyo de la Sima. Here, follow the path south, extending over a lava field and always offers amazing views of the west coast. Follow the path further and further until it drops down to the southern tip and hits the trail 130/131. We are then going down to Los Canarios, to practice the stop at the local bar. Los Canarios back up, past the sports ground and turn on the trail 130th Follow this until it flows into Las Montañetas on the road. Now everything on tar down to Puerto Naos.
