Start an der Bushaltestelle Sportplatzweg in Oestrich. Durch die Weinberge geht es in den Wald bis zum Rheinhöhenweg. Vorbei an der Mapper Schanze (historisch interessierte Biker sollten sich dort mal umsehen) geht es hinauf zum Kasimirkreuz. Von dort auf die höchste Erhebung des Rheingaugebirges, der Kalten Herberge (619). Über den Parkplatz Kreistanne geht es zur Hallgartner Zange. Hinter dem Turm beginnt der kurze aber sehr steile (!!!)Zangendownhill, bekannt vom alten Kiedrich-Marathon. Weiter geht es auf Single-Trails bis in die Weinberge und locker zurück zum Start.

Start at the bus stop Sportplatzweg in Oestrich. Through the vineyards it goes into the forest to Rheinhöhenweg. Past the hill Mapper (historically interested bikers should look there times) it goes up to Kasimirkreuz. From there on the highest elevation of the Rheingau Mountains, the Cold hostel (619). Across the parking lot circle fir it comes to the Hall Gartner pliers. Behind the tower begins the short but very steep (!!!) pliers Downhill, known from old Kiedrich Marathon. Continue on single trails through the vineyards and loose back to the start.
