So, Weihnachtsurlaub steht an und somit mal wieder Zeit ein nettes Winterründchen zu drehen. Wie immer, möglichst Trailfrei. Wer will kann ja den ein oder anderen Trail im Rurtal einbauen, die sollten ja allgemein bekannt sein ;) Ab geht's von Kommern über die Felder in nördliche Richtung zu den Weingartener Höfen. Von hier weiter nordwärts über den Irnicher Berg nach Floisdorf und dort hoch zur Hubertus Kapelle und dann hinunter nach Berg. Von Berg aus geht's auch gleich "Berg auf" ;) zu einem Wäldchen bei Bürvenich. Hier geht's dann doch mal einen Trail hinunter zum Felsenkeller in Bürvenich. Weiter geht's erstmal ziemlich flach bis nach Wollersheim. Hiner dem Ort geht's dann nochmal gemächlich bergauf zum Klemenz Stock bei Nideggen und dann parallel zur Landstrasse hinunter ins Rurtal. Unten erreicht man dann den Ort Abenden, von dem aus man parallel zur Landstrasse bis zur Jufferley radelt und denn links herum nach Blens über die Rurbrücke. Durch Blens geht's hinauf zu einem weiteren Trail unterhalb des Schärnsberg. Am Ende erreicht man dann den Campingplatz Gut Habersauel. Von hier geht's gemütlich die Rur entlang nach Heimbach. Kurz durch den Park geht's durch den Ort zu einer fiesen Rampe. Der Burgberg will bezwungen werden. Das heisst zunächst mal mächtig druck auf's Pedal denn im unteren Teil warten im Schnitt um die 15 % steigung. Oben rum wirds dann zwar etwas flacher, aber unwesentlich einfacher zu treten, da die Wege hier MOssbewachsen und sehr tief sind. Hat man den höchsten Punkt der Tour erreicht geht's am Waldrand entlang bis nach Hergarten. Von Hergarten radelt man über Schotter zur Landstrasse und dann über Feldwege immer weiter bis nach Eicks. Von hier geht's dann ein letztes mal bergauf. Über ein paar Felsen führt der Weg durch den Eickser Busch bis nach Hostel und dann wieder bergab zum Kreisverkehr beim Mühlenpark. Über die kleine Holzbrücke im Park geht's parallel zum Bleibach am Kommerner See vorbei und dann wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt der Tour. Fazit: Landschaftlich aml wieder recht schön anzusehen, Konditionell sollte man schon "etwas" trainierter sein, denn vor allem die Rampe in Heimbach verlangt schon ein wenig schmalz in den Beinen, Technisch eher unteres Level !

Anyone who wants to can even install one or the other trail in Rurtal that should be so generally known;) From It's Kommern over the fields north of the Weingarten courts. From here continue north on the mountain after Irnicher Floisdorf and there up to the Hubertus chapel and then down to the mountain. Conclusion: Scenic aml again quite beautiful to look at, you should already Conditionally & quot; quot something &; be trained, because especially the ramp in Heimbach requires quite a bit of lard in the legs, technically rather lower level!
