Update 01.07.2009 Die letzten Genehmigungen sind jetzt durch. Die Strecke steht endlich. Nachdem der Bürokratenkampf geschlagen ist kann jetzt der Spaßige Teil beginnen. Der 3.Burning-Bike findet am 25.07.2009 um 14 Uhr statt. Auch dieses Jahr geht wieder eine 10km Walkingstrecke an den Start (13:30Uhr) Bei den Bikern wurde versucht, eine anspruchsvolle Strecke, die aus vielen knackigen Feld- und Waldwegen besteht, zu kreieren. Die Strecke startet am Sportplatz in Hausen, führt durch die Ortschaft Richtung Steinbruch. Am Staudamm biegt die Strecke rechts ab, den Berg hoch zu den "Röden". Auf Feldwegen und Waldpfaden nach Marktsteinach hinunter, durch die Ortschaft an der Kirche vorbei, den knackigen Anstieg hoch zum Naturfreundehaus und im Zick zack runter in den „Wildenstall“. Auf schönen Wald- und Schotterwegen fahren wir am Marksteinacher FC Sportplatz vorbei Richtung Steinbruch. Am höchsten Punkt der Tour geht es den legendären "Gendarmenpfad" hinunter in den Ottenhäuser Grund. Gegenüber den Hügel wieder hoch und oberhalb des Steinbruches Richtung Hesselbach. Auf schönen Waldwegen geht es vorbei an den Hügelgräbern und in einer rasanten Abfahrt Richtung Hausen. Um den letzten kleinen Anstieg am „Fernsehturm“ zu bewältigen brauchts nochmals etwas Muskelschmalz um sich dann den Berg hinabrollen und im Ziel bejubeln zu lassen.

Update 01.07.2009 The recent approvals are by now. The distance is finite. After the battle is fought bureaucrats can now begin the Amusing part. The 3.Burning bike will take place at 14 clock on 25/07/2009. Also this year again a 10km walking track at the start (13: 30am) For the bikers was trying to create a challenging course, which consists of many crisp field and forest paths. The route starts at the sports ground in Hausen, leads through the village towards the quarry. At the dam, the distance the mountain turn right, up to the "Röden". On dirt roads and forest paths after Marktsteinach down, passing through the village to the church, the crisp rise up to the Friends of Nature House and zig zag down to the "Wild stable". On beautiful forest and gravel roads we drive on Mark Steinacher FC sports field by direction quarry. At the highest point of the tour is the legendary "gendarmes path" down in the Otten Homes reason. Compared to the hills again and above the quarry direction Hesselbach. On beautiful forest trails will take you past the barrows and in a rapid descent direction Hausen. To cope with the recent small increase in the "Fernsehturm" brauchts again and then can roll down the hill and cheer at the finish some elbow grease.
