A peaceful and simple track, starting at Monte do Cuca, going through unpaved and pleasant roads until N4. From there, beautiful descent to the Fluviario, after traversing Cabeção. At fluviário, cross the dam and going uphill, by simple tracks with smooth gradients uo to the old Mora train track. Return to Pavia by the old train track while that is possible, after that using N4.
