15km em 1h50 � media de 7km/h. Um belo passeio. Finalmente chegou o dia, nem a ameaça de chuva que houve durante a semana nos demoveu de fazer este mini Raid de Sintra � Praia das Maçãs. Saimos 4 de bicicleta para atravessar Monsanto em direcção a Sete Rios. Aí apanhamos o comboio que pontualmente passou ás 10h07 e onde já vinham mais 5 participantes. Chegados e Sintra fomos até à Piriquita comer os prometidos travesseiros e depois fomos para o Palacio Nacional de Sintra onde se juntaram a nós os restantes três ciclistas. Eramos 11 a pedalar 5 adultos e 6 crianças. Fiz o briefing para explicar por onde iamos passar e para terem cuidado na primeira descida de empedrado. Arrancamos e fizemo-nos � estrada com calma e muitos reagrupamentos. O alcatr�o era mais do que se desejava, mas tamb�m tivemos alguns trilhos divertidos e até uma pista de motocross. Terminamos passando a areia da Praia das Maçãs e o ribeiro que a atravessa, para subirmos at� � casa da vigia. O passeio correu sem incidentes tendo a juventude ficado entusiasmada com aquela grande aventura. Alguns que n�o participaram ficaram com �gua na boca e tenho a certeza que participar�o no pr�ximo ano.
O passeio ainda tem demasiado alcatr�o, estou convencido que d� para fazer parecido com mais trilhos.

The tour still has too tar, I am convinced that d like to do more tracks.
