Partenza da Gorizia dopo il piazzale Casarossa nei pressi della galleria pedonale Bombi vi è un parcheggio sulla sx.
Salita su asfalto passando i paesi di Piuma, San Floriano e dopo il valico italosloveno, i paesi di Hum, Kojsko e Gonjace e da quest'ultimo si prosegue prima per Plave e poi per Lig e dopo 21km si lascia l'asfalto in direzione Korada dove si raggiungerà il rifugio dopo circa 2, 5 km di comodo sterrato. Dal rifugio sulla destra ha inizio la discesa lungo un single track (diff. S1/S2). Il sentiero intreccia più volte la strada fatta in salita sino al 26esimo km dove dopo aver attraversato la strada inizia un divertente single track (diff. S2) che scende a Plave.
Il primo tratto si svolge su prato per scendere poi in un bel bosco lungo un fondo compatto e scorrevole, poi il sentiero si fa più tecnico con un fondo molto sconnesso e pietroso. Infine si arriva presso un torrente,dove bisognerà fare attenzione nel guadarlo per la sua scivolosità. Superato il piccolo guado il sentiero si trasforma in sterrato fino al raggiungimento di Plave.
Da qui si fa ritorno a Gorizia lungo la sterrata che costeggia il fiume Isonzo.

Ascent of asphalt through the countries of Feather, and San Floriano italosloveno after the pass, the countries of Hum, and Kojsko Gonjace and the latter continues to plave first and then Lig and after 21km you leave the asphalt in the direction Korada where you will reach the hut after about 2, 5 km convenient dirt road. From the hut on the right begins the descent along a single track (diff. S1 / S2). The trail intersects the road several times made upwards until the 26th km after crossing where the road begins a fun single track (diff. S2) that goes down to plave. The first section takes place on the lawn to descend in a beautiful forest along a smooth, compact surfaces, then the path becomes more technical with a very bumpy and rocky. Finally we arrive at a stream where you have to be careful to wade in its slipperiness. Past the small ford the trail turns into dirt road until reaching plave.
From here it's back to Gorizia along the dirt road that runs along the river Isonzo.
