Percorso tecnicamente abbastanza impegnativo nella parte centrale quando si affrontano alcuni degli innumerevoli sentierini che si snodano all'interno del bosco di Poggiardelli; possibili alcuni (brevi) tratti a spinta. Al km 14 si passa davanti allo splendido eremo della Maddalena dei frati cappuccini; assolutamente consigliata una visita. Buon giro a tutti!!

Path technically quite challenging in the central part when dealing with some of the many little pathways that meander through the forest Poggiardelli; possible some (short) stretches to push. At km 14 you will pass the beautiful hermitage of La Maddalena of the Capuchins; absolutely recommend a visit. Merry go round at all!
