percorso paesaggisticamente stupendo che da Montepulciano arriva fino a Monticchiello percorrendo poi un fantastico anello nelle campagne sotto Pienza. Previsto il passaggio ad una stele commemorativa della battaglia di colle mosca, sopra Monticchiello, ed un'appendice quasi a fine giro (prima dell'ultima salita) per visitare la "buca del beato". La descrizione di questi due luoghi esula da quella del percorso ma e' consigliabile un approfondimento via web in quanto hanno entrambi una bella storia alle loro spalle..Piuttosto e' importante sottolineare che al km 10 si imbocca uno stretto sentiero a scendere che spesso risulta assai infrascato e non percorribile; suggerisco di passare per i coltivi alla destra dello stesso per poi rientrare sulla traccia 800mt piu' avanti. The passage of a stele commemorating the battle of hill fly above Montichiello, and an appendix almost at the end of a turn (before the last climb) to visit the "hole of the blessed." The description of these two places is beyond that of course but it 's recommended that a study via the web as both have a good story to their spalle..Piuttosto and' important to note that at km 10, take a narrow path down which often results infrascato and not very feasible; I suggest you go for the right to cultivate the same get back on track 800m more 'forward.
