bel percorso panoramico nell'alta Valdorcia. Partenza da loc. la foce, dopo aver raggiunto il fondovalle dell'Orcia, si risale su strade di campo fin sopra Contignano percorrendo poi una bella carrareccia in discesa nel bosco di Castelvecchio; nuovo guado del fiume Orcia e impegnativa risalita alla sterrata percorsa inizialmente. Per la descrizione dettagliata vai sugiro sconsigliabile nei periodi invernali, perfetto nelle mezze stagioni. Buon divertimento a tutti!!

beautiful scenic route in the upper Val d'Orcia. Departure from loc. the mouth, after reaching the valley of the Orcia, go up on the streets of the field just above Contignano then along a good dirt track downhill in Castelvecchio forest; new ford of the river Orcia and challenging lifts the dirt covered initially. For a detailed description see sugiro not recommended in winter, perfect in spring and autumn. Good luck to all!
