Fantastico e superpanoramico itinerario con vista sulle cime fra le più belle al mondo! Il percorso è l'unico fattibile nelle vicinanze delle Tre Cime di Lavaredo completamente su sentieri percorribili in mountain bike, visto che si snoda a sud della forcella di Lavaredo e del pian di Cengia, mentre a nord i sentieri sono vietati. L'itinerario è adatto a biker esperti, sia per le impegnative salite, sia per alcune discese molto tecniche. Ci sono inoltre alcuni tratti in cui servirà spingere e portare la bici.
Dal parcheggio si costeggia il lago di Landro su un bel sentiero, poi si sale al rifugio Auronzo su asfalto. Consigliato partire molto presto per evitare il notevole traffico automobilistico che sale al rifugio dopo le 9. Dopo la dura salita all'Auronzo, si prende la comoda sterrata in piano fino alla cappella degli alpinio, da qui su sentiero in saliscendi non segnato ma ben visibile. Alla fine del sentiero bella vista sulla valle ed eventualmente visita a piedi alla collina con resti della prima guerra. Si ritorna verso nord e ci si collega al sentiero 104 verso il pian di Cengia (bella vista a nord) e in breve si arriva al rifugio pian di cengia. Torniamo indietro su sentiero poco segnato e poi di nuovo su 104 fino alla forcella di Lavaredo (vista sulle tre cime). Discesa sul 101 sotto la cima piccola fino al rif. Auronzo e poi ancora sul 101 impegnativo fino al casello. Da qui prendere il 103 per la valle di Rinbianco molto bello fino alla valle della Rienza, con ultima parte tecnica e tratto a oiedi in salita. Ultima forestale veloce e torniamo al parcheggio
