Partenza da Merso di Sopra. Si prende a salire sulla sinistra la strada asfaltata in direzione Cravero. Giunti in paese si prosegue con alcuni saliscendi fino ad Oblizza. Poco più avanti (Dughe) si prende sulla sinistra una pista forestale. Si continua ora in salita ora in discesa su piste forestali e su mulattiere fino a giungere alla Chiesetta di S. Maria Maddalena. Si prende il sentiero che scende su magnifici prati sottostanti (fare attenzione ai cancelli). Un altro breve single track e si fa ritorno al punto di partenza (diff. single trail S1).

Departure from Merso di Sopra. It starts to climb the paved road on the left towards Cravero. Once in the country will continue with some ups and downs until Oblizza. A little further on (Dughe) you take a left on the forest track. It now continues uphill now downhill on forest trails and mule tracks until you reach the church of St. Mary Magdalene. You take the path that goes down on magnificent meadows below (make sure the gates). Another short single track and takes you back to the starting point (diff. Single trail S1).
