Verso antiorario, quota min/max 650/2100
Si inizia con una salita di 11 km su asfalto da Anghebeni al Pian delle Fugazze, da 650 a 1165 m.
Imbocchiamo a sinistra la Strada degli Eroi, sterrata, che in 10,5 km ci conduce al Rifugio Gen. Achille Papa a 1920 m, salita costante e piacevole. Le fatiche non sono finite, si sale ancora per 1,5 km fino alla Chiesetta di Santa Maria ai piedi di Cima Palon. In totale fino a qui sono ben 23 km consecutivi di salita per 1420 m di dislivello. Da qui al Rif. Lancia si percorrono solo sentieri con alcuni punti non ciclabili e altri esposti, ma non troppo stretti e mai troppo pendenti anzi tra il wpt J e K il sentiero è in leggerissima piacevole discesa. Dal Lancia prendiamo il sent. 102/102A per il Monte Testo in salita con qualche pezzetto a piedi. Dal bivio poco sotto la cima (wpt O) inizia la discesa per Bocchetta Foxi , bella, stretta, su terra. Al km 32 siamo alla Bocchetta ed inizia la discesa finale di 8 km. La parte alta è sassosa smossa a causa della parete rocciosa sovrastante, ma poco dopo entrando nel bosco migliora a vista d'occhio diventando molto morbida su terra e foglie, i tornanti non sono mai troppo stretti.

It starts with a climb of 11 km on asphalt Anghebeni from the Pian delle Fugazze, from 650 to 1165 meters.
We take the road to the left Heroes, Dirt, in which 10.5 kilometers leads us to the Refuge January Achille Papa to 1920 m, steady climb and enjoyable. The troubles are not over, you go up again for 1.5 km to the church of Santa Maria at the foot of Cima Palon. In total up to here are well-consecutive 23 km climb to 1420 m in altitude. From here to the ref. Lancia you ride trails with only a few points not cycling and other exposed, but not too tight and not too pendants rather wpt between J and K is the path in light pleasant descent. From the junction just below the summit (wpt O) begins the descent to nozzle Foxi, beautiful, narrow, on the ground. At km 32 we are at the nozzle and begins the final descent of 8 km. The upper part is due to the loose rocky cliff above it, but shortly after entering the woods improves visibly becoming very soft on the earth and leaves, the curves are never too tight.
