Dopo un brevissimo tratto in asfaltato prendiamo uno sterrato che ci porta alla diga del lago senaiga . Seguiamo la traccia percorrendo la val nuvola ( abbastanza impegnativa per lunghezza e fondo, comunque ciclabile al 100 %) fino ad arrivare al passo del brocon (attenzione: a causa della conformazione del territorio la ricezione del segnale gps può non essere sempre perfetta ). Saliamo ancora un po' godendo del meraviglioso panorama (cima d'asta, monte coppolo, pavione, pale di san martino ). Tagliamo per un prato fino a raggiungere una forestale che ci porterà al rifugio Croset. Da qui comincia un meraviglioso sentiero in discesa ,a tratti impegnativo ma senza esposizione ,che ci porterà alla suggestiva frazione di Bellotti (i più esperti la faranno tutta in sella). Altra suggestiva frazione, Pugnai, verrà raggiunta alternando tratti in cui bisognerà spingere la bici, per un totale di circa 10 minuti, a tratti pedalabili a volte in piano altre su salite anche molto ripide ma corte. Arrivati al torrente Selva troviamo una nuova sterrata che ci porterà prima a lamon,poi al punto di partenza (fare attenzione all'ultima impegnativa discesa sterrata )

After a brief stretch on asphalt, we take a dirt track that leads to the dam of the lake senaiga . We follow the trail through val cloud, ( quite a difficult one for length and the bottom, however the bike path to 100 %) up to the passo del brocon (attention: due to the conformation of the territory the receiving of the gps signal can not always be perfect ). We go up even a little, enjoying the wonderful panorama (the top auction, monte coppolo, pavione, the pale di san martino ). We cut the meadow until you reach a forest that will lead us to the rifugio Croset. From here begins a beautiful downhill path ,sometimes challenging, but without exposure ,which will bring us to the picturesque village of Bellotti (the more experienced will make you whole in the saddle). Another beautiful village, Pugnai, can be achieved by alternating stretches where you have to push the bike, for a total of about 10 minutes, sometimes cycling, sometimes in the other plane to climb very steep but short. Arriving at the creek Selva there is a new dirt road that will take us first to lamon,then at the point of departure (attention to the last steep downhill track )
